a situation might be that someone has an alchohol or drug problem, that interfers with their jonb and causes them to be sacked. the person then spends all their remaining money on drugs/alchohol to try and make themselves feel better. then they cannot pay rent or bills, and are forced out onto the street, with no way of making any money.
